5 Tips to Help You on Your Body Transformation Journey


Hello This is Coach Jones. Listed below are five important tips You can use on your body transformation journey. These tips work. I use them myself. Pictured above is a comparison of my start vs where I am today. You will see these five tips are doable. If you follow them you will see your body transform like never before.


There is no need to reinvent the wheel when it comes to changing the way our body's look. I hope these tips help you like they have helped me. Let's get started!


Tip #1 - Stop Caring How You Look When you Start

You need to start. The sooner you start the better. There is no middle and end to YOUR JOURNEY without you starting.


Tip #2 - Get A Coach

I Coach clients and I have a coach of my own. You and I have responsibilities that require our attention. Getting a Coach removes the hassle of putting together your own program. Your time is valuable. Let a Coach set up a program for you to follow. The relief and results from getting coach are worth it!


Tip #3 - Focus on your process!


Our process determines our results. Great processes render great results. This is an issue for most people. You have to follow your plan! Your plan is a vital part of your process. Follow it!


Tip #4 -Stay off the Damn Scale

This tip is self explanatory. The number on the scale will change throughout your program. Do not let this alarm you. Stay the course. Remember muscle weighs more than fat.


Tip #5 - Celebrate and Never Compare

This is YOUR Journey. It should be something you look back on and smile because you accomplished something great for yourself. Do not cloud it with unnecessary comparisons or a lack of appreciation for what you've accomplished thus far in your journey.
